Dr. Thomas Minkov is a seasoned professional with over 9 years of experience in dentistry. Specializing in sports dentistry, Dr. Minkov has dedicated his career to ensuring athletes receive the highest standard of dental care. With advanced training and certifications in sports dentistry, he is uniquely qualified to address the specific needs of athletes, from preventing dental injuries to optimizing oral health for peak performance. Dr. Thomas Minkov completed his Bachelor of Medical Sciences at Western University, and his Bachelor of Dental Surgery at University College Cork, in Ireland. Dr. Minkov uniquely has over 5 years of clinical experience managing dental emergencies from sports-related traumatic injury, which catalyzed his passion for the prevention of facial and dental trauma from sports-related injury, especially in young individuals. After seeing and treating so many adverse dental outcomes from sports injury, Dr. Minkov is keen on preventing injuries, so sports can remain fun and safe.

Zack Wilson combines extensive coaching experience with a profound understanding of athletes' needs, both on and off the field. Growing up, he faced his share of injuries while playing sports, which led to experiences of being in the dental chair. This personal experience fuels his commitment to athlete safety and performance, ensuring that every Sports Guard is meticulously designed to meet the unique requirements of each athlete. By integrating his coaching insights, Wilson offers a distinctive perspective on protecting athletes' oral health while optimizing their performance. 

Keral Patel holds a master’s in Physics and Computer Science and developed the website for ImpactGard. For over a year, she has been working at a dental lab, managing administrative tasks and applying her tech skills. With a strong mix of science, web development, and organization, Keral is dedicated to bringing innovation and efficiency to her work.
